Martino has become a joke. He doesn't help consumers like he used to. He's become a wannabe political talk show host. He belittles cosumers who call in. He himself has gotten so rich that he's lost site of the little guy who loses a few bucks and wants it back or doesn't think he should pay. Martino needs to retire and turn the show over to someone who truly cares.

Immediately after hearing the October 25th airing of your show, we attempted to reach you by many messages that were left to you, or to whom it may concern. At this point we realize you could care less the effect of the comments you made to our grieving family. Mr. Martino...your personal opinion of what a family does with what's left of a loved ones remains does not change or end the pain & need of our family. If you ever lost a child, your heart may feel different. Mindy, a friend's heart reached out to help our family and wanted to be an active voice for us. As Mindy tried to share twice with you and your listening audience about an injustice by a Police Department's neglect, not once, but twice, causing 10 years of pain & suffering to our family. The important focus of the call was, the more the media tells our story (refer to 10/12/06 channel 9 news), it may help another family in the same situation. We could only hope and pray the power of Tom Martino would "go to bat" for our families justice. As we sat and listened in frusteration & close to tears, in horror we hear "Is the family poor?" How could the focus of our story get so twisted? We understand a radio talk show is all about impromptu and dissatisfaction, but this call was far from a bad haircut! I close with you, that we are a proud & hardworking family just trying to make ends meet, like most Americans are. ~The Mother of Jeffrey Roy Curtis

Tom Martino states over and over again on his show that is there is a complaint about any company on his referral list, he will investigate with full force. I filed a complaing against Grease Monkey 6 months ago, he sent one letter and that was it, i have tried to contact them twice a week for six months, I never get a call back any more! If their in his pocket he will NOT help you out!!!

This is my favorite show on the air. Not sure how folks could possibly rate it poorly unless they practice unfair business practices.

At least he is someone trying to help stupid people who get screwed. Some things cant be fixed but he seems to do his best.

As far as I can tell, many of the businesses listed on the Troubleshooter website think that they now have permission to charge more (and therefore, still rip off customers). When my garage door broke, I desperately looked up a garage door compamy on the list, and they tried to sell me a new garage door for over $1000. After getting a second opinion, it turns out the repair was minor, and I only ended up paying $150 for the fix.

I have a hard time believing anyone's advice when they demand payment to be on their list.It would be one thing if you were investigated and deemed worthy and then allowed on the list. Then you could be featured for an additional amount. The problem is that you have to pay to be on the list, one which may not and probably does not include the best in the business. Just because you are on someone's list does not make you better than others. I doubt that any of the people being advertised during this show are not on his list. He wouldn't even make his own list!

Listened quite a while until the moron said he had to be forced to complete a census. Before that he was just irritating.

Love the show! So many great things you can learn from other folks troubles. I like how he allows listeners to voice their opinions on various topics as well. Go Tom!

This is one of my favorite talk radio programs. It's informative and educational to hear the myriad issues callers come up with and the great solutions they often call in to provide one another, with Tom acting as host, mediator and Troubleshooter. Some folks don't like Tom's way of doing things, his famous short temper with callers who have crossed him and businesses he feels are doing consumers wrong etc, but I thoroughly enjoy the show, love that there is someone in the media who will actually put himself out there to advocate for people who might not otherwise have a voice and personally think Tom's way of running the show is half of what makes it a fun listen! People tend to either really like Tom or really hate him (I suspect many of his loudest detractors are some of the same folks who've found themselves in his crosshairs at some point). Whatever side you count yourself on, the show is worth a listen. There's a brief show demo at seattle206.onestop.net check him out!

Tom Martino's show is absolutely great!!! I love to hear the LIERS, CHEATS, and SCAMMERS get exposed on a national radio show!!! What Tom is doing is great, and I hope he gives all the bad guys a run for their money!!!

An excellent and interesting show - one with advice that most people would do well to heed. The only people who don't like the show are those who are jealous of Tom's success!

I have found Toms show informative and helpful . I like the fact there is someone out there we can ask if we have a problem . I also like the fact someone is willing to take on crooks etc. He does get loud at times and my friends find that they don't like to listen to him because of that attitude. Overall I like the show except for the many commericals which I know they have to pay the Bills.

Hypocritical. Tom Martino has been well documented in what he accuses others- only to enjoy the same discourtesies. He gives bad advice- fortunately he has hired people to cover his back. Amazing how many times his own staff tells him he is wrong with his facts. Don't waste your time- Jerry Springer is more informative and helpful than Tom Martino.
