This is one of my favortie movies of all time. I love the smooth lines and rich color of the animation. The story is beautiful as is the message; look beyond the surface and you will be amazed at what you can find. The ballroom dancing scene with the corner to corner camera sweep is truly a landmark in animation. This is one of Disney's greatest.

GREAT MOVIE! My favorite Disney movie ever. It has a great message and I thought the music was quite good for a Disney movie. I saw Beauty and the Beast last year on Broadway and it was sooooooo good. This movie is just a classic.

I rather like Gaston's song. You know I've been thinking, A dangerous pastime I know. and No one plots like Gaston, takes cheap shots like Gaston, plans to persecute harmless crackpots like Gaston.. and the lusty Maurice Chevalier candlestick, but the rest of it left me pretty cold.

One of the best newer Disney movies. the characters were great. the movie could be real funny. the singing voices were good.there were some great songs. Well done and likable movie.

One of the best I've ever seen. It certaily deserved to get more than three Oscars. The movie is so original to the actual story.

Of all of the new Disney cartoons, this one is one of my favorite.

One of my personal Disney favorites, I would call this film one of it's crowning achievements. The only animated film ever to be nominated for Best Picture by the Academy, it is visually beautiful and musically terrific. The characters each have a uniqueness to them with superior voicework unlike other drab Disney films. The storyline, while different from the original French fairy tale, is hopelessly sweet. Definitely a classic.
