I can feel a little bit on the precarious position of the repise of the earlier cartoon Disney made. I would say that it was good in making the overall themes: believe in your children (for parents watching this), tell the truth, never be afraid of saying your ideas whether or not you're right or wrong, use your judgement, stand to peer pressure, lead, never give up; and do your best. (Yes there is a lot underlying in this movie, perhaps more to learn...) When I watched this, I do feel that other than those values, it would be worth my time, but not so much since I happen to like the earlier cartoon better (Some will ask, how he get resurrected, and why Foxy Loxy is feminine than masculine?) Anyhow, there were intances when I had laughed a lot, but some can be a little boring. The movie in the movie at the end I don't get, but I can understand Hollywood can tweak some movies, but this was too extreme. Now, I may have seen something subliminal, I will not say, but you will find out for yourself. Though this was a start for Disney's take of computer animation, they have proved themselves that they learned from this movie to make Meet the Robinsons and Bolt.
