Last year I tried to get this business to trim several large trees on my property. It took a week for them to respond to my message. Somebody finally came out and gave an estimate but then I couldn't set up and appointment because they wouldn't get back to me. Needless to say the job went elsewhere. But today they cut something for me "free of charge", my cable line when they were trimming a neighbor's tree. And they didn't even say anything. I'm glad now they didn't trim my trees. Who knows what kind of damage they might have done!
