The likelihood that any of these silly state quarters collections will be worth more than $12.50 is slim at best. Props to the mint for their efforts to get a few people to take money out of circulation, I suppose...perhaps they would have seen a better return if they did state dollar coins.

Fine state and this coin has shown a lot about the scenery here. It is common to see such fences shown on the coin along the roads of Kentucky.

I was delighted when the Kentucky quarter was finally released, as I lived in that state for eight years. Furthermore, the back of the quarter displays My Old Kentucky Home, a fabulous attraction that was located just miles from my house. The fact that that a popular attraction located in the town in which I was raised brought a great deal of satisfaction and pride.
