 | Patty123 (0) 08/06/2007 | For 15+ years I had bought nothing but Crystal Geyser natural spring and mineral water. I loved the taste and to me there was no other better bottled water. HOWEVER, recently my husband and I bought two cases of the Crystal Geyser Mineral water that tasted and smelled horrible. The code number on these bottles is 7C1101611. Last April I called the Crystal Geyser 800 number on the bottles and talked to someone in their quality assurance dept. They had me send in two bottles from this batch and I was told that they would get back to me in writing regarding the test results on the water. It is now August and not only did they not send me any test results, but it took at least three phone calls to them to try and get the results. All I was told was that they had no other complaints about the water and through a taste test only, they findings were that the water was good. I was also told that they had no labs to officially test the water to see if it was polluted in any way. This is really bothering me the whole way that Crystal Geyser has handled this situation. My next step will be to take a bottle from this same batch to our local health or water department and try and have a chemist test the water. Even if nothing is found to be too bad about the water, I will NEVER buy another Crystal Geyser product again. After reading all about the different bottled waters, I guess I will now look into buying Fiji water from now on. Patty
