Very bad customer service. The employees at Hillcrest location are unhelpful and unfriendly especially some of the cashiers. Sometimes they do not greet customers or say thank you. What is worse is when they ask you if you need a bag. Of course, I need a bag to carry my stuff. Also, when I sent an email to their customer service department, they never responded to my email. They are unprofessional. Try to boycott Trader Joes.
