12/05/2006 | Lousy pricing! Every week something goes UP. Equality bread was 99c 18 mos ago, now it's $1.49. Horrid. Meat is good, but expensive as well. Aisles too close together, can't navigate well.

01/18/2006 | A&P and its fresh concept continues to satisfy my shopping needs. With great prices, double coupons up and including $1 in face value, tremendous savings, helpful staff and Master Choice products, why shop anywhere else?
Have you checked out their recent dollar days, half off sales and warehouse sales. Getting Hellman's mayo for $1 a qt. jar with coupon is a fantastic deal. That's my A&P

11/14/2005 | a&phas the highest prices in the food industry,because their office staf is top heavy. the excutives salarys are much too high.their managment staff in the stores are not qualified for their possision. they should be made to attend cooking school as this is very escential in food preparation to the customers,[most of them don't know how to boil water or cook an egg whether soft or hard boiled ] many managers are nasty to their employes yelling at them in front of customers & other employees ,i know 2 nasty managers ,you get better results with honey than with vineger. you should take a private opinion poll on your managers from the employes without their signatures or store locations by having the shop stewart collecting them in a ballot box or us mail.
rember you don't make a profit until the customer pays for it & a happy employee can be a great asset to make profit.PROFIT IS NOT MADE IN YOUR TOP HEAVY OFFICE!!!!!!

01/11/2005 | I really like A&P for many reasons. I like how fresh their food is. Their low prices and service. Plus I like how they give customers a lot of different stores to shop that they also own that have their own identity too. Like The Food Emporium. There my favorite supermarket chain!

11/03/2004 | The smaller A & P that was closeby used to be good. Then they turned it into a Super A & P in a differnt town and now its terrible. It's big, dirty, and has crappy employees and not very good food.

10/01/2004 | Willie A. I guess we must have been seperated at birth! I always looked forward to shopping at A&P because of how much stuff they had! Now that I'm older I also realize how great their prices are. But there are almost none anywhere around my area!!

09/15/2004 | Shopping at any one of the A&P family of fine supermarkets, SuperFresh, A&P, Sav-a-center, Waldbaum's, Food Emporium, Food Basics, Food Barn, Ultra food and drug and Dominion is like a family reunion. The store managers are nuturing, making sure your shopping experience is delightful and pleasant. And the prices are good and the double coupon savings remarkable. This is the only chain I know that matches their specials with current coupon offerings. I have not lived a day not eating food from A&P.
That makes me very happy.
