They don't care what you think, they are up there on stage having a blast. You can come along for the ride or you can put on your long-sleeved black Megadeath t-shirt and complain that life sucks. Your choice. Better song-writers than anything that ever came out of the Brill Building, underappreciated singers and tastefull if not raw-edgy ball-breaking musicians.

A million reasons to love this band

Kudos to the other reviewer who gets it right- this is an irritating band whose fans are legions of emotionally needy women. . .

Although I can't stand them, it seems that nearly every chick that I have gone out with over the past 10-15 years absolutely loves these guys...so they must be doing something right. Now, I must add that I don't give much credibility to chicks speaking about music because most (not all) have no clue what they are talking about...but, I have tried to listen to the Buck Naked Ladies and I can see how they are probably a very fun stage act that seems to be mostly adlib and improv...for that I will rate them in the middle with three stars.

Exactly what would one call this silly garbage anyway? I can't categorize it.

They've got some good songs. I guess the name of their band either turns you off, or intrigues you.

Pure, concentrated, musical FUN.

The Barenaked Ladies have been around since 1988. I've always liked them. They write clever, catchy and sometimes humerous songs. It wasn't until the late 1990's that they found radio success in the United States.
