WORST SERVICE EVER-an "F" rating from the BBBOur trouble began when the technician failed to write down all of the work he performed on our furnace. Because of his mistake, our house warrranty is refusing to cover the cost of replacing our furnace. I called and spoke to Alex (owner) to see if they could fix the error, and he refused to help me. He said I would have to take it up with the warranty company. He refused to even ask the technician if he remembered working on our furnace-he said it was no use, because there was no way the technician would remember us after 1 1/2 weeks passed. It was extremely upsetting that he didn't even want to try to research it to help us. He just assumed to know what another man would or would not remember. I have never received such horrible service-that goes to show why they have an "F" rating from the BBB.

Horrible consumer service, terrible communication, and they told me out right that because my work was warranty/insurance that it was low priority. The low priority was a broken furnace for 20 days from the end of Nov. thru mid Dec.
