I swear these pans improved my cooking. I bought them and my husband and I gained 30lbs each.

Some of the food items aren't bad, but the cooking products (pots, etc.) are way overpriced, as is anything with a celebrity's name on it.

To begin with, he could wash his hands after greeting his audience with double hand shakes, before preparing his dishes, which he seems to enjoy doing by using his hands instead of the traditional utensils. Then, what I'm gonna do now should be followed by something he actually does. I have watched his show in amazement. If a (chef) cannot communicate verbally, he should at least prepare visually. This guy is a train wreck at best and horribly misleading (regarding food preparation) at worst.

Vodka sauce is superb, but some of the other sauces are too oily and give me stomach troubles.

I haven't tried too many of his products so far. But I do know he has a to-die-for vodka sauce. It compares well to some I've tried from gourmet shops that cost almost twice as much. A very simple, tasty recipe for this sauce is to cook Penne pasta, heat the sauce, and toss together with thinly sliced and stir fried chicken strips. If you want to do it really fast, I would suggest those pre-cooked roasted chicken strips from Tyson. Add a little ground pepper, sea salt, fresh ground Romano cheese and a nice side salad and you've got a great summer meal.
