Wow. . .it's been years since I pulled out this greatest-hits CD but this is a must-own for rock fans. . .the music does invoke an age and a time. . .you hear the tracks in movies all the time. . .

HArd driving music that represents the 60s and early 70s, quite well.

Should be in the R&RHoF. Absolute stone cold classic rockers, with mega-hits and influence on the msuic seen. One of the finest band every to come out of Canada. Dynamtite with a laser beam.

Lead singer is a jerk but the band put out some very timeless relevant music back in the day.

I love a majority of their music. There are a couple of songs that never do anything for me tho lol.

I can see it now. I'm 100 years old and I'm sitting in a car on my way to the Old Baby Boomer home. Born to Be Wild comes on the radio, I leap for the volume to crank it up and start singing the lyrics at the top of my lungs - just like I almost always have. It'll probably cause me to stroke out but it will be an impulse I won't be able to control! Classic group - and quite possibly the song that defined my generations youth. Fire all of your guns at once and explode into space!
