I do eat Special K once in a while, but merely one of the things I would include in a balanced diet. As much as I like this cereal, it could get a bit boring to eat the same thing all the time.

While I still enjoy a bowl now and then, Special K is not a smart diet. For one, the only reason you lose weight is the calorie restriction. And you are not learning anything about nutrition. Meaning that once you are off this diet, if you don't put the effort in, you will regain. It's a good step in the right direction. But if you are serious, start looking into a more balanced lifestyle diet rather than a marketing gimmick. Also, the fiber in Special K has nothing on Kashi. If you want a good cereal, try Kashi Go Lean.

I started the special K diet almost a week ago, and I actually lost 7 pounds!!! It did not leave me feeling hungry, and I feel more energised already!!! I'm not very active at my job, but I went from 270pounds down to 263 pounds!!! The food is so yummy that I know I will be able to stick to this diet!!!

I started Special K diet today. I am ready to try something new and easy. Because the work week is usually hectic, I skip breakfast and lunch. I hope this diet helps.

I started Special K diet 3 weeks ago, i bought the cereal, special k bars and waffles. I lost 10 pounds i was 240 and know im down to 230 and still losing weight. I'v never had so much energy and I'm not hungry through out the day. And the special K food, taste sooooo good i look forward to eating it the next day.I know this probably isn't for everyone but at least give it a try, just follow the diet, and if you need help with anything go to their website SpecialK.com.Because of the Special K diet, I will be wearing a beautiful dress for my wedding. Sure, Special K is a better option for a meal then what most Americans eat, but the idea is misleading. Measure a serving of Special K and milk...it's a lot less then an active adult needs to stay energized throught the day. By eating this twice a day, I ended up overly hungry later in the day and binging on less healthy foods.

Do ya suppose this brilliant diet breakthrough had anything to do with the Kellogg corp lusting after Subway's boost in sales following Jared's success? I don't know, Special K isn't a bad cereal but TWO meals per day of this stuff is a bit much.
