This is almost always a fixable problem. It's definately not a reason to dislike anyone. In fact, I can remember liking several guys in spite of questionable hair cut/style choices. They usually grow out of it.

This is not important. A bad haircut will grow out. If I were dating a guy with bad hair, I might tactfully suggest a change in hairstyle, but bad hair is not the end of the world.

I wouldn't really consider the person to have bad hair unless they didn't wash it...and if that was the case I would introduce them to a bottle of shampoo and everything would be hunky dory...
