They were okay, now they call me every week, BEFORE I EVEN GET MY PAYCHECK to make sure they get their money. One of their employees called me at work, lied to the phone operator telling her that he was my grandpa and that it was an emergency, so the call was transferred to me. I am NOT to be disturbed at work. I am a cashier at a major retailer, I cannot exactly step away from my register every cotton picking time they want to nag me about making my payment. I could lose my job if they keep this up!!!!!!! No, I do not plan on never paying them back, I am just in a rough spot. As long as I can keep working I can pay them.

And every time I call them, I get a different person who knows nothing about me or my loan. Or I have to wait on hold listening to stupid recorded messages about getting more loans from them. NO thanks! I cannot wait to pay this loan off and never hear from them again and never do business with them again.

Billing problems, customer service gets horrible if you have to talk to supervisors. They took weeks to resolve a simple issue which ended up costing us money and they told us to "take at as a lesson learned and move on." The company's mission statement says that it follows values of honesty. They were anything but honest. As a professional, I would highly recommend not doing business with Guradian Finance!
