This woman rude and highly unprofessional. She charged me three times the amount she estimated for a dental surgery. I called and spoke to billing and was having a good conversation when Susan (she's not even worth using the title Dr. for) got on the phone and was screaming at me. She became very hostile over the phone and told me not to call again. I was only asking about the bill, we could afford it but I just wanted to know why it was three times more than she estimated for a fairly routine dental surgery. I like to know what it is I am paying for. I do not know why she treated me like this.

Truly a terrible experience. My yorkie needed her remaining 13 teeth out, received an estimate for 445.64 then after my dog was out that increased to 2258.27. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR. SHE IS EVIL! SHE IS DECEITFUL! SHE HAS REFUSED TO EVEN ACCEPT MY CALLS TO DISCUSS THE MATTER.

Rude woman. That's all I can say. Is Dr. Prescott is pushy, and condescending. I am a vet tech who moved from cleveland and took my beagle to for an eye problem. She kept recommending a certain treatment that I wasn't comfortable with and asked her about a secondary treatment that we use quite often at our vet clinic. She got nasty with me and told me that would never work. I took my dog back up to Cleveland, had the treatmetn I wanted done and his eye is perfect and there is no risk of blindness. I just want to know where she gets off being so rude.
