I was disturbed by the other reviews on this site and had to make a post. I had been to numerous vets with my dog. For years he had bald spots and areas where his skin was really thick and nothing seemed to help. I thought he would always be this way. A friend then referred me to Dr. Prescott. At first I was reluctant since I had already been to so many vets. At the first appt Dr. Prescott sat down and took the time to listen to my story. I felt relieved when she said we can fix this! Now 2 months later he is looking so much better! His hair has almost completely grown back and his skin looks more normal everyday. I am glad I took a chance and tried one more vet.

Dr. Prescott took great care of my Sharpei. My dog who had been treated for years by another vet always suffered from allergies. After Dr. P treated her she was like a new dog. She knows what she is doing and is doing exactly what her calling is.

Susan Prescott is a terrible vet. She does not deserve the title of Doctor! Because of her, my dog is dead. She misdiagnosed my dog, and ended up killing him because she injected him with the wrong medication. She had no remorse about what she did.

Truly a terrible experience. My yorkie needed her remaining 13 teeth out, received an estimate for 445.64 then after my dog was out that increased to 2258.27. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR. SHE IS EVIL! SHE IS DECEITFUL! SHE HAS REFUSED TO EVEN ACCEPT MY CALLS TO DISCUSS THE MATTER.

Went in for a free get acquainted exam and to get my dog's nails trimmed. My dog had red ears so she diagnosed it as an ear infection. I tried to explain that my dogs ears get red when she is really excited or hot. She was adamant that my dog had an ear infection and without my permission gave her steroid shots and medication. I was charged a lot of money for this visit and was charged for medications. I went home and did not give my dog any of the medications she sent home with us. Sure enough, that afternoon her ears were "white" again. My dog has had one ear infection and it was very obvious as her ears were beet red, stunk horribly and she was constantly scratching at them. I did not experience any of these signs that day when my dog according to Dr. prescott "has an ear infection". Not only that, but when she did have an ear infection, she was given steroids and medications and it took several days to go away. I felt she was pushy and was not willing to listen to what I had to say.
