 | GenghisTheHun (177) 08/02/2005 | This flag needs lots of help! Ok class repeat after me. Vexillologists declare that a flag must evoke by it appearence what is intends to portray. You must never put the name on the flag or the coat of arms unless the arms are of ancient historical significance. (Imagine the US flag being a blue rectangle with the Great Seal obverse on one side and the reverse on the other with the words United States of America underneath. That would be similar to most state flags--no imagination.)
