 | twansalem (36) 10/16/2007 | I actually like the use of the state seal, but other than that, there's not much to it. I realize there's historical symbolism here, but when you look at it, it's just a giant red X.

 | Ventoux1 (12) 12/07/2006 | If a flag should immediately bring the state to mind, this doesn't. However, the bold colors and base design are good. I don't think Florida has the confederate heritage that AL, MS, GA or VA have, so emphasizing that in the flag seems a bit much.

 | GenghisTheHun (168) 10/20/2005 | It's based on the Confederate flag. The white is from the Stainless Banner and the St. Andrew Cross is from the battleflag. The seal knocks it down a star.
Leave the seal off flags. The flag should evoke an image of the state.

 | markbyrn (0) 10/15/2005 | An eye catching design that reflects the historical roots of the State. While another reviewer complained about the confederate symbolism, how many other flags picture a Native American?

 | bibliophile (10) 09/24/2004 | Certainly unique, but does have small lettering announcing it is for the state of Florida, so it loses points.
