03/09/2005 | Not as easy as it sounds,but well worth the effort-truly being present in the here and now is highly under-rated by folks tricked into mollifying themselves with poor substitutes for reality such as T.V. and video games.Other folks waste the present by obsessing over the past or being so centered on the future that they fail to realize the potential of co-creating it NOW.

04/21/2004 | For me personally this has to be the most essential thing for happiness. If your sick you have to live in the moment and not dwell too much on the negative, but focus more on the people around you at that exact time as you may not see them again. Whenever I hear living in the moment I always remember the quote Don't put off tomorrow what you could do today.

04/19/2004 | I hate to sound like a polaroid commercial, but you've got to make memories for today. It's fine to reminisce about the past and plan for the future, but you must never forget where you stand today. Otherwise, you won't be able remember where you've been and where you're going. Obviously you can't live like there's no tomorrow, but enjoy today because you never know what tomorrow will bring.

04/19/2004 | It's so easy to miss the great and beatiful things around you when you're always looking forward or back. Some people live in the past, whether it's to wallow in regret or holding on to their pleasant memories; others focus on the future, either to worry or to prepare for achieving their goals. Often people forget to stop and look up at the bright blue sky or the starlit night; they forget to be thankful for the time they're spending with the people they love. Remembering the past, preparing for the future, and appreciating the present are all equally important.
