A highly skilled fighter that knows every trick in the book. His only problem, and it's a big one. He didn't like to train, and he let the weight control his career, and it cost him. He fought Sam Peters last week and lost, it was his second loss to Peters. I give him credit for fighting a heavyweight like Peters, but he does not belong in the heavies. My opinion is, he squandered his career, after his loss in the mid-ninties, to Roy Jones Jr. He could have been one of the all time greats, but I honestly don't see him as Hall of Fame material.

regardless of his steroids, toney probly still would have beaten ruiz. the only heavyweight who can truely beat toney is vitali klitschko. vitali's size, power, and reach will be too much for toney. toney can beat vitali, but it would be the hardest fight of either fighter's life. after this drug scandal, toney might finally be a shot fighter. his chances are slim, but not certain.

The only challenge he ever had was managing his weight. As far as boxing, he's great. I hope he gets a chance to fight Vitali(easy victory for Lights Out) just as long as he knocks him out because I know the judges would screw him.
