was evil but not smart enuf and he was a boring bad guy compared to the energy and fun that the turtles were.

Even though Krang was the real evil bad guy on the show, Shredder came pretty close.

One of the best 1980's cartoon villains, the others being Megatron (Transformers) and Skeletor (He-Man). Tonight, I dine on turtle soup!
