10/08/2006 | Buckhead certainly has some stuinningly beautiful and wealthy residential areas. Lots of large southern style homes with generous property on windy leafy streets. Another side of Buckhead is very commercial with shopping malls galore, modern high rise construction and quite a diverse dining scene. Some of its sorta cookie cutter, other parts are gorgeous and very desireable. If visiting Atlanta it's a must to check out the homes in these parts.

08/06/2004 | Unfortunately Buckhead is becoming Ghettofied. Buckhead use to be the main place, and now it is horrible. I have ideas for new investment, that can totally change the Buckhead area. But it will take some time and money, we need to change some clubs in to Country Clubs, and add more international(European, Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern) flavor.

11/13/2003 | Worst weekend/club area of any city I've ever been in. Atlanta is at least 2 decades behind the times. The women have no personality. The white girls all wish they were Britney and the Black girls wish they were Mary J. Then they all go to separate churches on Sunday morning as if Saturday night never happened. Please God get me outta here

11/20/2002 | This is an area that used to be really great. It was exclusive and fun in the evening. Since the Super Bowl several years ago, this area has been nothing but a hang out for "gangstas" and the like. It is the "hood" in what once was the Rolls Royce set. The ghetto has moved folks - and it's moved to Buckhead!
