Well, it's annoying sure, but it's gonna happen if the bar is crowded. It only gets bad when some hot head gets all pissy about it. Calm down fella, it's not like I hurled all over your girlfriend or something...

Not that big of a deal. Chances are, if you're at a place where there's a lot of drink-spilling going on in the first place, you're not going to care all that much if a Miller or two land in your lap.
