05/29/2008 | Due to the FedEx non signature required drop-off policy, I lost my package that has been left in front door of my apartment complex one month ago.
In fact, the Fedex driver should have left the package at the lease office when customer was not at home to receive it. Furthermore, the entrance to my apartment complex to drop-off packages is to go through the lease office. What happen to my package? Who is the theft? My neighbors? or ... maybe the FedEx driver. That would be a scandal!!!
Finally, the FedEx should change their drop-off policy. A non-signature required package has been put in the front door or on the street is the same.
