This was one of the most beautiful national parks I have ever been to. The red rocks and arches are amazing. I would highly recommend it as every person should have the opportunity to see its beauty.

Second best of the Utah parks (after Bryce). Feels like you're travelling on a distant planet at times. You don't really get the best of the park, though, unless you are willing to hike and climb a bit.

I love this place. It has so much beauty. It gives most people a feeling of peace.

Excellent national park. Great trails for all abilities, excellent photo opportunities at any time of day. Don't miss the trail to Delicate Arch (if you can stand some exposure to heights), or the short walk to Double Arch (great for families and people of all abilities).Moab is a darling town, with rooms to fit any budget.

Arches is one of my favorite parks. It has the most amazing rock formations that change color with the sun. It is a photographer's playground with color and visuals off the scale. You can hike around the park and look at the rocks but that is about the extent of the activity. In addition Moab is a cute town and there are a variety of outdoor activities in the surounding area. Slick rock, some of the most challenging mounting biking, and Canyonlands National Park are right down the road.

Very pretty park and area especially if you enjoy mountain biking and take a ride through Slick Rock. The Arches Park has some great terrain, dusty, dry and very rocky. The arches themselves are wild not only because of their sizes and shapes but their colors. It's like someone cut them out of a mountainside and then placed them on the earths surface exposing all their strata and colors. I was about to say there wasn't a whole lot to do there and don't bother staying more than a day or two but when I think about it there actually was a lot to do...hiking in the park, mountain biking in Moab, rafting down the Colorado river, kayaking, and your only a couple of hours away from some great skiing.
