Great Experience, they came prepared got the job done quick and my bill was minimal. They even gave me a bottle of champagne at the end.

I called Remington and was given a flat rate quote for a move from Oakland to LA. They were supposed to show up between 1-3pm. At 3pm they called and said it would be closer to 5pm. At 5 Pm they called and said it would be "an hour to an hour and a half". The finally showed up at 8pm. The driver came in and looked at my apartment and told me that they would have to charge me $500 extra or refuse the job. I refused and said I expected them to move me things for the agreed upon price. They went back to the truck and called me from a cell phone and told me that my things wouldn't fit in the truck and they would call me the next morning. Nobody ever called me and no calls to the office were returned

The guy who rated this business must own it. He didnt have time to rate on anything else (ok I didnt either but I gave him 3 stars just to say he is probably average). But I hate when business rates themselves!

The four men from Remington did an excellent job packing our items for storage. They took special care with our fragile items, which we truly appreciated. They were efficient and very professional.
