Do not use Mark Mcduffie as an agent. He does not stand behind his word and will screw you over the first chance he gets. I am a licensed insurance agent myself and used him as my personal agent but he messed up my whole policy and when I did get in an accident I was not covered. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for an agent. I had to learn the hard way.
