He never made much of an impression on me, but I'm suddenly curious whether Rizzo the Rat is a ripoff of Dustin Hoffman's character (Ratso Rizzo) from "Midnight Cowboy". Maybe we should ask Rizzo the Rat if he dreams of leaving New York City and relocating to Florida...

Rizzo was great in the Muppets Take Manhattan, with all his little muppet rat friends. What great scenes in that movie.

I love Rizzo's scenes with Gonzo, especially in The Muppet Christmas Carol.

I have no interest in the Muppets - they bore me half to death, with the exception of all those rats working in the kitchen in the movie, The Muppets Take Manhattan. Those were some of the funniest scenes ever filmed.

Gonzo's partner in crime, he never ceased to crack me up. Albeit, he was a tad food-obsessed but he could always make me smile.

Rizzo's so cute and funny, especially in Muppet Treasure Island.

I don't even remember Rizzo in the TV show, but I loved Rizzo in Muppet Christmas Carol. On his own, his single-mindedness about food would get annoying, but he and Gonzo make a great team when paired together. They balance each other out quite well.

I liked Rizzo even though at times he got annoying with that high piched voice of his. :)

Ick! Why did they ever make THIS guy a star?! Ugh, Rizzo must be the only Muppet I truly hate! Can't they just get rid of him already?! He's completely annoying.
