10/11/2005 | I think you're putting the cart before the horse. An example. My sober father beat my three older siblings when they would act up. He cited the bible as his justification. Is the bible therefore evil? I think abusive people find excuses such as alcohol or zealotism or whatever they can to justify their actions. I'd also like to remind you that there are MILLIONS of drinkers in this country. Of course a few are going to be abusive. Is there proof to show that more abusers are drinkers than non drinkers?
