05/14/2005 | Breezy Brisbane was played by Kendall McComas in 1932. In the short entitled Spanky, Breezy was told by his mother to look after his baby brother (none other than three-year-old Spanky!), but was more concerned about starring in the Gang's production of Uncle Tom's Cabin. McComas as Brisbane was a nice addition to the Rascals, especially considering the fact that he was an ancient fifteen years old at the time (but looked about twelve) -- his maturity was probably the reason he only lasted one year in the Our Gang comedies.
