Dirt Devil Vision Series (Canister) 1

I bought the Dirt Devil Vision from Wal-Mart becuause it look like it would be a dependable vaccum I had the vaccum for only two weeks when it quit working I then call customer service and talk to a lady name Sarha she was very rude telling me that I need to return the the vaccum to the store I told her the store would'nt take the vacuum back because I don't have the box I then persided to tell her that I couldn't have to go out of my way to return the vacuum that they need to have UPS pick up the vacuum and return my money she refuse to help me.
