06/19/2005 | So far they seem to be beating the odds. Maybe because one has agreat career and the other is a good working actor, it makes it easier. No clashing egos. Which is what I think is the problem with most celebrity marriages.

06/19/2005 | I like Tom Hanks as an actor but Rita Wilson is extremely blah. When someone leaves their first spouse right after they make it big (and it seems to happen a lot) it always puts a kind of cloud over the second marriage. It's like they're thinking, ah, now I can do better than this. They aren't bad as a couple, but nothing out of the ordinary.

06/17/2005 | They've been married for quite some time, and have two kids. Certainly not your average Hollywood couple, in that they don't appear on the cover of the checkout lane tabloids week after week. Seem to have a strong relationship.

09/05/2004 | They make a great married couple. They stick together. You can see they really love each other. No fakeness about it. I once saw them in an interview and someone asked them whats makes their marriage work. He turned to Rita and said if I became a plumber or something else, would you still love me? and she said yes. and he said that's why
