Seeing Keanu Reeves trundle through his actions and lines like a marionette and witnessing Ice-T laughably attempting to portray a hardened techno-rebel leader is an experience which can only be described as painful. If ever there was a film to make one question the benevolence of God, this is it.

I didn't like it at all. Not only a bad sci-fi movie in itself, but Keanu's Hasselhoff-ish dramatic performance didn't help any.

Just awful. Pre-Matrix trying-to-prove-that-Keanu-Reeves-is-straight-Hollywood-junk. It had a Dolphin, for Christ's sake.
