Chicken lips and arseholes cooked in so much grease the cardboard container becomes opaque.

normally I would give a 5 maybe 4 for your chicken but today the chicken was awful.Do I complain to you or where? I was alreay couple miles from where I purchased chicken otherwise I would have taken back. I was in Indy and decided to have your chicken as I usually do when visiting Indy it was on 16th st. by the Indy 500(live in Spencer,close to Bloomington In.) The chicken was close to being burned. The skin was so hard could not eat had to take off to be able to eat the chicken. I like to eat all of the chicken skin included. Was very disappointed.

I CAN'T STAND THE COMMERCIALS ON T.V. I JUST TURN IT OFF AND I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE THAT THINK THE SAME WAY. IT'S VERY DISCUSTING AND NOT VERY GOOD MANNERS. YOU COULD STILL GET THE POINT ACROSSED THAT YOUR CHICKEN IS CRISPY WITHOUT ALL THE NOISE AND PEOPLE EATING LIKE PIGS.....

It is too bad that there is not a rating lower than 1. Hammond Louisiana is a lovely city, with wonderful people, who for the most part are polite and kind,until you walk into the Churches Chicken @ 1602 Southwest Railroad Avenue, Hammond, LA 70403. The young lady that waited on my friend and I today, well to put it simply, I think if she had smiled her face would have cracked, and her slow movement reminded me of a 100 year old turtle. You want a helpful comment? Where i'm from we don't ride a lame horse, you guy's should put this one to pasture, or shoot it so it don't suffer. Good day!

I was quite disgusted with the Churches Chicken on Cleveland Avenue in Atlanta GA near East Point. The bread was stale and hard and the Chiken sandwich look and tasted awaful!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to complaint against one of your Churches location @ 2515 E. 12h Street, Kansas City, MO 64127-1320. I'm not sure if you are the one I should complain to. I realize there are different owners due to the Franchise Business. I went into purchase a three piece combo for lunch and after I received my order, the aroma from the chicken inside the sack did not smell right to me. I told the girl that took my order to smell it that it did not smell right. She turned around to ask the other lady in charge if I could change my pieces and she said no, her statement was "the other chicken came out of the same grease and there's nothing wrong with that chicken, and she said she would give me my money back and she did. First of all what ever happened to good customer service? She wasn't pleasant at all and I felt like she should have offered me some other chicken and she should have told me that she was sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. This has been the second incident happened to me at 2515 E. 12th St. K.C. MO.64127. Most of your Franchise locations need to have some type of survey rating for the customers. 1. How often are the Churches locations inspected? 2. Who check to see if these business are running properly and professionally? The customer is always right. Churches need employees with good customer service and employees who is a people skills. Most of our fast food places have become so lack in providing excellent customer service. Arlene Walker

The only ones I see around here, minus one place (maybe I oughta try it, however am worried may be disappointed) they are attached to gas stations and aren't the best chicken in the world.

The best of the commercial chicken houses. Can be a little greasy at times, but the quality and taste make up for it.
