Oh please. I AM a Mets fan and what he said was in the context of heated rivalry banter- nothing more. Was he immature- sure. But if he was wearing a Mets uni and saying things about Braves fans being inbred Rednecks who sleep with their sisters Mets fans would have cheered him on while he struck out their best player and told the Atlanta fans where to stick it.
