11/04/2006 | "Hate" is too strong a word, but they certainly do seem to have an active dislike anyone who has "more than they deserve". They like wealthy people, really. They do because it's the wealthy that really pay for all the stupid programs the Democrats enact.

I don't even really know if it's the wealthiness they hate because heaven knows enough of them are filthy rich, it's the whole, I work hard and I want to keep my money sentiment. They hate the fact that wealthy conservatives want to keep the money they earn and don't like the welfare program. They hate that much more than they hate wealth.

03/20/2005 | If they hate wealthy people, it is clear that they must hate themselves. Take a look at campaign contributions to the Democrats - there are far more wealthy, big-dollar donations to the Democrats than there are to the Republicans (check out contributions to Gore 1n 2000 compared to contributions to Bush). Democrats like Kerry (and his poor little wife Teresa), Clinton, Edwards, and Kennedy, to name just a few, make a mockery of the whole issue of rich versus poor. Talk about double standards!

02/25/2005 | It's not because they hate wealthy people, it's because they present themselves as the party of the common man, then shove people like John Kerry and John Edwards in your face. Tax the rich! they scream. Teresa Heinz Kerry apparenly didn't get the memo. Thanks to loopholes and such, she payed a whopping 3% in taxes last year. Fair share my fanny.
