Its unfortunate that people are disappointed with Jasin, and I apologize for his rudeness, lack of professionalism and/or his disregards to preparedness. This isn't a good way to do business. As the business owner, I don't like seeing these reviews about my employees,. These reviews are direct reflection on my reputation personally, and as a high end studio, It doesn't sit well with myself. Jasin has since left our crew and gone over to a production shop in South Side which will best suit his style and demeanor ,so he no longer represents Inkadinkadoo in any way shape or form. We run a tight nit shop where we treat our clients as family, and bend over backwards to resolve any issues in a professional way. We are not a production based ,money focused studio. Therefore our problem has since been removed from our studio. Again, I apologize for any misrepresentation of our studio by a lack luster employee. -tony

While I have not had the pleasure of being tattooed by Jason I have had the pleasure of seeing him work with clients. I am currently in the process of a full back tattoo by Rich Cosgrove and his station is caddy corner to Jason's. In 40+ hours of being tattooed by Rich I have never seen Jason do anything but bend over backwards to please his clients. He routinely hits the nail right on the head and his clients approve of the first tattoo design he comes up with. In my opinion this is because he thoughtfully listens to the client and his desire is to please the customer first. I have never seen him act in anyway other than completely professional. Even when a client threw up on Jason he maintained his usual calm demeanor and politely excused himself to run home to change his shirt. If that isn't professional I don't know what is.

i just commented on the bad review, but it didn't seem to work. it went something like this: jason did my first tattoo a few years ago. i didn't like first picture he drew for me, so he drew it over and over and over again until it was exactly what i wanted. he was very patient, and very nice and the tattoo turned out great! i've gone back to jason a couple of times and am still very happy with him and his work. tattoo shops aren't run like mcdonalds. unless you want the tattoo equivalent of a double cheeseburger, don't rush things. also, on rateitall.com, the official listing for inka dinka doo is under inka dinka doo. not inkadinkadoo. and it's not in oakland anymore.

Well...not really Props for this place. Been mulling over a tattoo for a few years now and finally crossed a bit of a milestone and thought This was the appropriate time. At the recommendation of a friend i popped into this place and promptly met up with a fella by the name of Jason McGarry. Very nice and soft spoken. Gave him several color prints to go by and spoke about using pieces from each picture to get what I was looking for. Made an appointment for a week later and left a few bucks to secure a spot. Come the big day I feel very secure in my decision and ready(long time coming). I show up and wait.....for 30 minutes. Jason walks in and says you must be my 1pm and walks on. He finally comes back and say "I was lazy and didn't draw anything, but i will do up something real quick" He comes back 20 minutes later with some stuff he printed off the Internet with childlike pencil marks by him. ?????? I said these were nothing like the pictures i had given him nor what we had talked abo... Read more
