They came out to "repair" a part that was basically new (less than 18 months old), spent 15 minutes, and charged $755! No broken part left behind, no itemized bill, no chance to talk with the reapair man, no customer satisfaction after talking with manager. Terrible customer service and a rip-off.

I have had the best service with Bob. I will strongly reconmend Mertz Plumbing to everyone with the pittsburgh area.
