I just read an in depth medical journal on cancer causing agents in dip and Red Seal is seriously 10 times worse then all other American brands. I switched to snus from Sweden a couple months ago and never looked back. Now and then I'll still dip Cope. But damn...Red Seal is straight up poison!!!! I know this shit is boring, but check it out TABLE 2 TSNA Levelsa in American and Swedish Tobacco Products, 2003 Tobacco Type/ Dry Total Brand Name Matter (%) NNN NNK NAT NAB TSNAs Cigarettes Camel 91 3.4 0.8 2.2 0.1 6.5 Marlboro 91 3.5 1.5 1.9 0.1 7.0 Chewing Tobacco Beech Nut 78 3.0 0.8 0.8 0.1 4.7 Red Man 76 1.0 0.3 0.5 0.0 1.8 Oliver Twist-Tropical 81 0.9 0.1 0.5 0.0 1.5 Oliver Twist-Senior 80 1.7 0.3 1.3 0.1 3.4 Moist Snuff, US Skoal Straight Long Cut 46 5.2 1.6 3.8 0.3 10.9 Skoal Bandits Straight 51 4.2 0.7 1.8 0.1 6.8 Skoal Wintergreen 44 2.7 0.6 1.4 0.1 4.8 Copenhagen 46 5.5 1.3 5.0 0.3 12.1 Copenhagen pouches 46 2.4 0.4 1.5 0.1 4.5 Hawken Wintergreen 74 4.8 1.1 1.1 0.3 7.3 Kodiak Wintergreen 48 6.4 0.7 4.8 0.4 12.3 Moist Snuff, Sweden General 45 1.1 0.4 0.6 0.1 2.1 Ettan 47 1.1 0.3 0.6 0.1 2.0 Catch Licorice 52 1.0 0.4 0.6 0.0 2.0 Goteborgs Rape 44 1.1 0.4 0.6 0.0 2.2 Grovsnus 45 1.1 0.5 0.6 0.1 2.2 Dry Snuff Bruton 94 287 922 77 31 1219 Red Seal 94 210 280 210 32 1096******************************* Dental Sweet 93 19 6.5 14 1.2 41 Scotch 93 21 22 20 2.1 65 New Products Revel 95 1.3 0.2 0.7 0.1 2.3 Ariva 97 0.0 < 0.1 0.0 0.0 < 0.1 Exalt 91 3.1 1.1 1.5 0.2 5.8 a All concentrations in parts per million based on dry weight.

it is decent i still like skoal and copenhagen the best but i can deal with to me it is still missing something but it is okay when i dont have anything so if u need dip something strong i would advise it but besides that i would stick to the conventional things

The parent company, US Smokeless Tobacco, is responsible for Skoal and Copenhagen. If I were going to dip I would dip Red Seal or Husky. Red Seal comes in the largest can in the moist snuff rack, but it costs a little more than Husky, so there is probably no real price difference between them. The Red Seal flavor is balanced and the stuff packs well.

Red Seal is one of the most underrated brands out there. All cuts and flavors are quality products made by US Smokeless. My personal favorite is the LC wintergreen. It's the perfect blend of sweet with a nice bite to it. Packs great. A few stems, but they're hard to notice. I like the FC wintergreen, too. I pick up a can of it when I want to change it up a bit. Quality product.

Red Seal is one of my favorite dips. I like the mint, its moist, has flavor for a long time, and has enough kick. The wintergreen is also very good. Havnt tried the straight, but the natrual is just awful. Overall i give it 5 stars...still dont beat Cope!

I love their product (fine cut), but their web site sucks. I can't get in. I have gotten age verification by mail and still can't get in. I don't know how they can keep customers if they deny them access

Out of all the dips I have tried, Red Seal Wintergreen Long Cut is definately one of the best. Has a good flavor and no real bad aftertaste that some dips have.

Red seal is definitely the best snuff on the market... long-cut wintergreen taste better, long lasting and holds together in your mouth alot better than that grizzly mess... it's my favorite of them all..and it's even got more in a can!!!

red seal is ok.. winter green-fair it has a weird/metallic taste to it... natural (red seals best flavor)- comparable to cope.. straight- pretty good, nice and smooth.. mint- similar to every other mint.. (dont like mint personally) black cherry- comparable to skoal, has a little funky taste

Black Cherry is a good tasting dip, and it lasts. It is getting increasingly harder to find. When I find it I buy all of it that the store has. Good Stuff

Ok this is my second favorite dip. It is second only to Copenhagen. It is made by the same company that makes Cope, Skoal, Husky, and Rooster. It is the closest taste I can find to Cope, and it actualy last longer than Cope. The price is great it is about half the price of Cope and you get 1.5oz. as compared to 1.2oz with Cope. Great quality tobacco I have tried all the flavors and they are all good my fovorite is long cut natural, my least fovorite is the wintergreen. The mint is beter in all respects to skoal. You can't beat the quality, the amount you get and that price its amazing. I recomend this product to anyone that wants good dip at a good price.

Red Seal is very good. I love it, and I do Red Seal and Skoal all the time.

It has a nice nicotine punch in it, and it lasts a while and stays packed easily.

Im 15 and ive been dippin for almost 5 years and ive tried almost everykind made. I started with skoal vanilla blend and its great at first but after about 2 months i got tired of it, so after that i just started tryin different kinds then i stuck with grizzly fine cut natural for almost 2 years but i also got tired of that and i also wanted some type of long cut natural so i tried red seal long cut natural and ive never gone back to anything else. I think it keeps its flavor longer then anything else ive tried and i just think is much smoother and better tasteing. If u have never tried redseal u definatly should.

Red Seal is the best tobacco I have ever chewed personally. The tobacco itself doesn't liquify in your mouth and it's not to harsh. Plus the new black cherry flavor is great!

It taste better then skoal, keeps its flavor better, is cheaper, and you get 25% more snuff in a can. What more could you ask for?

Copenhagen dipper for 32 years. I've tried numerous products as a replacement (due to the ever increasing price of Cope). I don't like candy flavored snuffs (Wintergreen; Mint; etc. etc.) and most of the Cope clones that I have tried taste like horrible tasting shreads of plastic. So far, Red Seal (fine cut) is the winner. I like the texture and the taste is not too far away from Copenhagen. I got a can for $3.12 (including tax), which is $2 cheaper than Cope here in my neck of Texas. So, unless I find something better (or the Copehagen people lower their outrageous prices) I'll be sticking with Red Seal.

This stuff is Horrible! If you have a choice between this or anything! dip the anything. This stuff at my gums alive. It horrible dried out my mouth. I found myself drinking a bottle of water after dip of this stuff. Not just once, but I dipped a hole five can roll, I still got the last can in my car, I can't give it away!

I have been chewing tabacco now for 30 years. I started out with leaf tabacco but when I was about 28 years old I switched over to wintergreen fine cut skoal and remind there for the next several years until they came out with mint skoal. As the price of skoal continued to rise I look for a new brand and finally found red seal mint that actually in my opinion was better then skoal and much less expensive. The only problem is that you need someone with experience to market your product. I have a hard time finding this brand and especially the mint flavored, It's always sold out with dozens of other flavors or brand setting on the shelves collecting dust. my name is Bill Donaldson from Mansfield, Ohio 44906, 419-526-2882 or willfletch99@hotmail.com. I would like to work for you! I have 25 years of management experience and feel I could represent your company much better then what you presently have. Thank You Bill Donaldson
