Vigorous sex can actually be good for your hangover if combined with water to replace the liquids your body has lost. The exercise can help you to sweat the toxins out.

I suppose it would be a distraction so you would not be thinking about the after effects of the night before. This could be a limited and/or one time cure if your stomach can't handle the shake up.

I don't think I would turn down sex if I had a hangover, but it wouldn't do anything for the hangover once I was done. It would probably make the head throb a little more.
