11/23/2005 | I dont know much about cars, but as far as i know i believe that evolution is one of the fav and best cars out there, which is also going to be my next car, i currently own a TSX, for some reason, it's not a bad car, it can pump 200 hp/6500 rpm, at 2.4 litres. However, compare to the evo, it is still nothing, the evo can fire 276 (originally evo 8th edition my fav) hp with a 2.0 litre 4 cylinders engine, also turbocharged. I dont reall like the STI because of the looks and it is slower than an evo, the handling is great, even professionals suggests the STI over EVO, but i personally give the evo an all 5 star. Many problems still occur with the evo series, but mitsubishi is working on it. THere are still tons more jap cars out there that shows great performances, but the EVO is the top car of my ranking.

05/21/2004 | In the economy racecar category, the evo would be top on my list next to the slightly better Subaru STi because of its near-300 horsepower engine and rally repution, but in this comparison, its still behind the STi but way, way, behind the Nissan Skyline, Which IS the best Japanese sports car EVER. Its not fair to compare a 30 grand evo to a 80-100G Skyline, but it could hold its own against many of the other cars in this comparison, which is why it gets 4 stars.
