NOTE--The restaurant has moved two blocks west to the 1200 block of Carson St. Someone else in the group was ordering, I lost track of how many dishes came out of the kitchen and I liked or loved almost all of it. I'm not a big fan of grape leaves so I wasn't surprised those weren't to my taste. The rice and lentil dishes were fantastic, I really liked the hummus and a lamb dish was excellent. No liquor license so BYOB. We walked out of there stuffed for $20 a head including tip. My wife liked it too, we will definitely go back on our own.

The food was delicious, the portion size ample, the prices reasonable, and the atmosphere comfortable. There are many options for the vegetarian too.

Amazing food. Huge portions. Very cheap. A million times better than Aladdin's.
