It would be ok with me. I really don't care if someone received bad customer service at a fancy boutique in Boston, or if someone had a heckuva time at a strip joint in Memphis.

The "Rate Local" system is good. However the problem I see with this one is the intensely specific nature of some of these items. There aren't too many people who have utilized the services that are being rated on here. This is going to take some more time to develop.

I like the idea. I just think it needs time to develop.

It's not used enough yet, but I figure it should be given a little more time to see how it works out before tossing it out. I like the idea a lot, and hopefully more people from my hometown will show up and rate stuff to make it more interesting.

I like ratelocal. How else would I know where the best bars in SF are, aside from asking magellan directly?

I don't know, it just seems like RateLocal is for to few people to serve any purpose for most RIA users.
