Nope. I don't like classic movies, especially movies that are black and white. I'm a modernist, not someone who appreciates the past.

Now the only channel where I can see the classics from the 40s, 50s, & 60s on a consistent basis. AMC no longer shows these movies as often and is showing 70s, 80s and early 90s films instead.

Very rarely. Occasionally a good movie like Arsenic and Old Lace will appear, but not often.

I am going to lower the rate to 4 stars because of the ownership(TED Turner),but other than that it is a great channel with obviously great classics.Update:I fell asleep for a sec.I am supposed to be rating based on how often I view each channel.

Because they just don't make 'em like they used to and because TCM doesn't riddle the movies with obnoxious commercials.

I probably spend more time here than any other channel. From silent films (beautifully restored) to Tracy / Hepburn classic comedies, I can usually find something worth watching on TCM every day of the week.
