Memorable, I must say. They may need to come up with something new, but it was a good idea at the time.

My gosh, iif there isn't anything funnier than a gay sounding gnome.

I have to admit that I didn't know the inspiration for Travelocity's roaming gnome campaign until reading the description for this item (namely pilfering your neighbor's lawn ornament and taking a picture of it in strange locales). Assuming this is true, the concept is great. I don't recall the earlier spots to remember how well the concept originally worked; however, these ads have gotten overly silly and have meandered well off the intended path.

Stupid, stupid, stupid, but I do laugh at them so I guess these ads work!

I love the gnome guy...i agree with some else who said it somewhere in this rating that idk why ....but its kinda cute......... but i just love the commercials "im on my way.............. im calling for back up,...no dont back up!!"

Great stuff. The deadpan mixed with the accent just clinches it. Great writing too.

the roaming gnome commercials are alright, but gnomar the gnome and his buddies are way better! check 'em out at gnomar.com

I don't know why, but I kinda like these . . . perhaps the appeal is the absurdity of it all, but they're kinda cute commercials.
