Panasonic KX Series 3

These phones don't seem to last that long and there is a problem with channels.

Batteries only lasted about 1 year before needing replacement. Available replacement batteries do not hold charges like the original. Able to maintain function only a couple of hours before needing to re-charge.

Panasonic make the best cordless phones. I have a 2.4 Gig Panasonic with answering machine. Now the features and performance, Water proof, shock resistance, clear all the time, can go twice as far as other 900mhz cordless phones. I paid $199.99 for this phone back in 1998, still works like a dream, well worth the money, Panasonic go.

I have the kx-tg2553cs, 2.4ghz with call display and internal phone book. Tremendous range, clear sound, sturdy construction, sleek looks.... Oh. And it's a good phone, too!

The handset is sturdy, the keypad lights up, the caller ID on the handset is a fabulous feature. I thought having the window on the back of the handset would be a problem, particularly during programming, but it wasn't so bad. The only problem I have is that there is no handy way to keep a list of saved numbers with the handset. By the way, I am rating the Panasonic KX-TC1711B.
