worst fax machine i ever used support tried to help but machine is junk 1 star is to high spend alot of time machine and credibility of fax delivery was always a question mark cannon wanted me to take to service center but luckily sams club allowed me to return it bought a brothers 3800 and its like going from night to day my advise is don't buy it
