Pathetic fax machine to use. Not at all reliable. The customer service is even worst. Lots of problems in sending just 1 fax. Prefer HP series of fax machines.

This is the worst piece of equipment I ever bought. Constant problems with the cartridge. Rediculously complicated. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK

Even if you can buy this fax machine for $50, pass it up! Terrible customer support, gulps ink, and constatnt check cartridge messages. Sharp was so obsessed with the possibility of 3rd party cartridges or refilling, so they punished their consumers with a technical disaster!

Purchased UX-B700 in November. Marketing states that you should get 600 pages of copy per ink cartridge. More like 100 pages on ink save mode. Ink very expensive. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.
