Brian Wilson would be a great addition because he's such an incredible producer. He could take a leadership role and oversee the music. (This is of course the old Brian, not the Brian he has become today.)

Brian Wilson is the greatest man ever to live and be in the music business. There was no one better...not one beatle had more talent. The competition with The Beach Boys and The Beatles was crucial and though they were both good bands Brian Wilson made The Beach Boys better. He made a wrong turn in his life but don't we all. The point now is that he is out there still living the american dream and finishing what he started while he was in The Beach Boys. For that I salute Brian Wilson.

I don't think anyone can credibly deny Brian Wilson's talent and possible genius. He was a supremely gifted songwriter and producer, but I think the self-imposed pressure of competing with the Beatles nearly finished him off. Nowadays he can't be trusted to make a sandwich without adult supervision, which is kind of sad. I can't stand the Beach Boys, but I won't deny that Brian was some kind of genius at one point. The problem with him being in a supergroup is that I don't see how his style would mesh well with anyone else on this list. I could more easily see him as the leader of the best barbershop quartet in history.
